Full Body Workout in under 60 minutes- No Gym Needed!

No time to hit the gym today? No problem! This list is just a simple, full-body workout that can be done in under an hour in the comfort of your own home!

I call these “100s.”

The beauty of 100s is you can change them up and tailor them to your workout. Doing core today? Use 100s. Arms and back? 100s. Legs and butt? 100s. The list goes on. But, today we’re going to do a quick, full body workout.

You simply choose your exercises and start by doing 100 reps of the first exercise, 90 of the next, 80 of the next, and so on. Here’s the full body workout I’ve come up with…

Full Body 100s

-100 jumping jacks

-90 crunches

-80 lunge jumps (40/ leg)

-70 mountain climbers (35/ leg)

-60 flutter kicks

-50 star jumps

-40 push ups

-30 second plank

-20 burpees

-10 bridges (add weight if you have it available)

Now repeat! You should run through 3 times and you’ll have just worked out several parts of your body in the comfort of your own home all in under an hour!

This workout will leave you sweating and feeling great!

Happy working out! 🙂

  1. Hi Kate! I am impressed by this workout. I am motivated to reach the fitness level where I could complete this kind of exercise. Right now, I do not think I could even do a 30 second plank! I do love that this can be done anywhere. Especially now, with most gyms being closed down. Great post!

    1. I’m happy to hear you’re motivated! And if you feel like you need to cut exercises in half that’s always perfectly fine too. Working your way up is a blast too because you can feel yourself grow stronger by the day!
