Hi all! It’s a difficult time for many right now but don’t let it stop you from achieving your fitness goals or staying active! It can be difficult to find motivation but understand it’s okay to have rest days and try your best not to get down on yourself if you’re not seeing the results you’re looking for immediately. With that being said, let’s get to the workout.
This workout is efficient and can be done by anyone, anywhere.
Workout
-1 min high knees
-20 sit ups
-20 Russian twists
-1 min high knees
-20 leg raises
-20 flutter kicks
-1 min high knees
-20 hundreds
-20 hip rolls
No rest between exercises but take a two minute rest at the end of the circuit and then repeat.
~Repeat three times if you’re short on time or were simply looking for a shorter workout.
~Repeat five times for a longer, sweatier workout.🏋🏼♀️
~Repeat seven times for a longer more advanced workout.🏋🏼♀️
