Park Bench Workout: Listicle

Hey all! So, most of the posts I make are in a list format so this isn’t anything new. However, this is a new kind of exercise. I wanted to get a little creative and try to utilize what i had around me so this is what i came up with.

This exercise is fairly quick and may appear simple but I promise it’ll get you sweating!

Without further ado, let me walk you through my workout.

-Begin with a mile run (the park is a mile from my house so I just ran straight there)

-10 “box jumps” on the bench

-15 chair dips

-10 step ups (5 per leg)

-10 “box jump” w/ squat (the video only shows 5 in the interest of time)

-20 shoulder taps

**Repeat 3 times for a quicker workout**

**Repeat 5 times for a high intensity workout**

**Repeat 7 times for a longer, higher intensity workout**

-Finish off with a cool down jog (I did 1 mile just to jog home but any sort of cool down jog is sufficient.)
