Killer Core Workout

Hey all! This was a super fun core workout that definitely put my abs to work. I hope you enjoy! A video is included at the end.

To start, I ran to the local park in town to workout there because it was so beautiful out! (About 1 mile)

Core Workout

-10 pulses with hands by your sides

-15 cross jacks

-20 scissor kicks laying down (10 per leg)

-30 Russian twists

-10 hip rolls

-30 side crunches (15 per side)

-10 inverted crunches

*1 minute break once set is finished*

Repeat 3 times for a shorter workout

Repeat 5 times for a more intensified workout

Repeat 7 times for a KILLER ab workout

End jog (I just jogged home so 1 mile)
